Introduction Document management system.
Boon document management system is a system used to receive, track, manage and store documents. Boon ERP is capable of keeping a record of the various documents created and modified by different users. Scanned/file documents can be attached to the source documents such as vendors, purchase orders, vendor invoice etc.

Key Features.
- Web based access of document. Boon document management module can be accessed via any modern web browser.
- Document previewer. There is a previewer option provided in web interface of Boon which enable download of documents.
- Document Management option can be controlled role base authentication, so that we can restrict access to the documents by users.
- Search of documents. As the documents are attached against records in Boon, all search options on form can be utilized for retrieving the attached documents.
Integration.
Document management system is integrated to almost all modules on Boon. We can use this option from any forms where this option is available.
